Humboldt Internet marketing Group to present program on using 'shopping carts'
The Humboldt Internet Marketing Group will present “SHOPPING CARTS and how to use them” on Tuesday, Sept. 13, from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the Wharfinger Building, Marina Room, 1 Marina Way, Eureka. The guest speaker will be Sean Connors, owner of Web Merchant Services, a full-service eCommerce solutions provider establishing businesses online since 1997. All experience levels are welcome. Admission is free.
Connors' presentation will be a broad overview of web-based shopping cart systems for small- to medium-size businesses. Some of the topics he will cover are what a shopping cart system is and whether your business needs one, what to consider when choosing a shopping cart, and best practices to consider.
Attendees are welcome to bring a brown bag lunch. Bring your business cards for a door-prize drawing.
