Restaurant Profile: Miss Emma's Cafe

The original plan was to open a diner, but Miller says people in town wanted a cafe and a bakery. “It went from this simple project and gained a life of its own, and so did the food.”

The shop is named for Miller’s 14-year-old daughter, Emma. “I don’t like to eat a lot of processed food. Everything’s homemade here,” she says.
